No Rez Restaurant Group, short for No Reservations, is a locally owned family of Eastside restaurants dedicated to making every single guest happy.
In 2007, Dave Zimmerman and Keith Mourer partnered to open Brix Wine Café in Juanita Village. The goal was to create an approachable gathering place for friends, neighbors, family and business associates offering locally inspired food and wine in a comfortable yet unpretentious atmosphere.
It’s success, team and community inspired them to explore new concepts to bring to the Eastside. Tipsy Cow Burger Bar Redmond was established in 2013, Woodinville in 2016 and Issaquah in 2022.
After 13 years in Juanita, Brix Wine Café closed its original location and moved to its beautiful new location in Woodin Creek Village, Woodinville in 2021. Still comfortable, never pretentious.
